We are excited to introduce our newest culture- Genuine Bulgarian Vegan Milk Kefir. This product has never been grown on lactose or any dairy derivative. 

Each pruchase includes 4 sachets to make 4L of Vegan Milk Kefir

If you have been wanting to try milk kefir but dairy is not your thing, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go!

This culture is very versatile as you can make  Kefir using either lactic or non lactic milk. 

It is best to store this product in the freezer for a shelf life of up to 18 months. Make sure the sachet of culture comes to room temperature before opening and using it. 

To make your vegan kefir:

Empty your sachet of culture into 1L of milk and ferment for 10-14 hours between the temperature range of 25 & 30 degree Celsius. 

Please note: these are not kefir grains and you will require a new sachet of culture to make your next batch of vegan kefir milk. 

Product is a powder and contains Lactococcus lactis ssp lactis, lactococcus lactis ssp cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp lactis biovar diacelylactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus kefir, kefir yeast (kefir grains)
