$25.00
Or 10 interest free payments from $2.50 with What's this?

Viili Yogurt is a great option for yogurt lovers who don't want the hassle of fermenting yogurt at warmer temperatures.

Viili yogurt can be fermented at room temperature  (20-26 degrees Celcius) with good quality dairy milk for 6-8 hours.

Viili yogurt offers a thick, gel-like yogurt that kefir lovers often miss!

Once you have a starter culture, as long as this is fed it will last forever.

During lockdown, your starter culture will be sent in dried form in case of delivery delays.

The fizz is extraordinary . Love the taste . Used Lemon for second ferment . Waiting on the next batch - added frozen mixed berries for second ferment You really need to use the 4 finger rule .

Viili

The Viili was really hard to start. I finally got it in the 2nd go, it’s not a thick yogurt.

Hi Deb. Yes, due to it being a dried culture it does take a little extra time to get the culture up to speed. Hopefully, now that it is activated, you are enjoying the yogurt.

The most entertaining yoghurt

This is a fantastic product. It worked as described and arrived promptly and well packaged. Mine was slow to start because I was doing it in winter and had it on the cold bench (no heating) but I was able to get it going quickly with the expert advice given when I asked for advice. Very friendly and helpful response.
The yoghurt itself is delightful. It's somehow a solid and an almost liquid, fun to eat and delicious. Mild and delicate flavour. I'll be making this for a long time to come.
