Our kimchi is naturally fermented in-house with the same recipe we have used since the beginning. Tried and tested by many Korean people and loved by everyone!
Our authentic Korean Kimchi boasts beautiful traditional kimchi flavors, packed with probiotics, and is the perfect match for any traditional Korean cuisine for a spicy, tangy twist!
We use spray-free produce and traditional ingredients, including Napa cabbage, carrots, daikon radish, spring onions, garlic, ginger, gluten-free soy sauce, Korean chili flakes, and Himalayan salt.
Our naturally fermented, probiotic-rich kimchi can be served with rice, noodles, soups, stews, stir-fries, as a tangy side, or in our kimchi pancakes!
Our handcrafted ferments are alive, bursting with flavor and probiotics. Please store your fermented kimchi in the fridge once opened and consume within 6 weeks. Unopened, our kimchi will last up to 8 months. The flavor and textures do change over time.
