Overview: Sunflower Lecithin is rich in phospholipids, including essential phosphatidylcholines. Phospholipids help maintain integrity of cells, are vital for normal brain functioning, nerves, liver and other vital organs.  

Uses: Sunflower lecithin is used to smoothen food textures and emulsify and combine liquids due to its amphiphilic nature.  Sunflower lecithin powder is also used to make your own liposomal vitamin C.

Dosage: 1 tablespoon daily mixed in food, water, juice or shakes.

For emulsifying nut milks use 1 Tablespoon  to 1L of nut milk.
