Learn how to make your own probiotic fermented hot easily and safely with our Symbiota Hot Sauce Kit. No additives, just pure natural and healthy goodness. Lacto-fermentation is a way of fermenting and preserving produce while retaining all the gut healthy bacteria to support and improve gut health. This kit can also be used to ferment and veggies, relish and even ketchup! You can choose to keep it as a chunky mix, or blend it to make your own hot sauce that will have family and friends coming back for more.

What is in the hot sauce kit?
- 1 Litre Symbiota glass jar
- 1 Glass fermentation weight
- 1 Silicone one-way air-lock lid for the best results
- 1 Stainless steel band/ring for airlock lid (no rust!)
- 1 Stainless seal (no rust)
- 1 Pouch of Himalayan salt
- 1 Pouch of Symbiota mild dried chili mix for several batches
- 1 Pouch of Symbiota hot dried chili mix for several batches
- Instructions, recipes and one-one support via email or phone

We go through a LOT of the fabulous hot sauce so I decided to try and make it myself too. Just as a backup.
As always, the products are of exceptional quality coupled with easy to follow instructions.
Can’t wait for the outcome of my own sauce, however I can assure you it won’t be as good as the ready made hot sauce you can buy from the site.
Great kit. Just need to add amounts when it comes to adding the chillis.
