Organic Whole Wheat Stoneground Flour
Our organic whole-wheat flour is made from organic wheat grains through the stoneground method. By using a stoneground method, the wheat is not exposed to excessive heats and more nutrients remain in the product, unlike other refined wheat flours.
Wheat has been part a healthy staple diet in the history of humans. Wheat contains essential minerals, vitamins and fibers however, with excessive farming and time the quality of wheat and nutritional value has been deteriorating.
It is best to choose wheat that is organic and has had as little refinement as possible. Our organic whole wheat stoneground flour is a great option for that and provides fantastic nutrition for our sourdough starters, (also as part of our sourdough kits) along with our other organic flours.

Look good quality flour but have not used yet.
Quite surprised Me. Over a VERY long time of making my own bread, I have bought and used various brands of Wholemeal flour. The customer liason lady for Symbiota said their Wholemeal was reputed not to create with the stomach. ( I have struggled for thesepast 30yrs ) So I had to try. She was right , my intestinals have been fine also my loaf was delicious.
Love this flour, Thank you so much . Makes such a beautiful and tasty loaf of bread. Comes in handy 1kg sealed bags which is awesome. Will definitely be back to buy more when the 8kg I bought runs out 🙂
