This Symbiota Hot Sauce has been traditionally fermented over several weeks.
This fermented hot sauce only includes fresh vegetables, with no sugars, fillers or stabiliser- 100% naturally fermented veggies, chillies and spice (250mls).
We consider this hot sauce to be medium heat.
The flavours are inspired by Mexican cuisine and the ingredients include:
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Onion
- Garlic
- Mustard seeds
- Coriander
- Chillies
- Salt
- Filtered water
Upon receiving, make sure to keep this product chilled.

Amanda You HAVE to try this sauce! The flavour is out of this world and it’s great on anything, really.
We’ve used the same brand for ages but after tasting this delight we have switched. Superb!
