Delicious saurkraut. I have been purchasing this regularly over the last year and now our local 'foodie' store stocks it also. It has a mild, delicate, yet complex flavour, and being finely shredded makes it easy to have small amounts as a snack.
Thank you for the feedback Wendy. We have to agree the fine shred really is the cherry on the cake! Especially if ferments are new to someone, the fine shred make them underwhelming and delicate in taste:)

Wow, that is delicious, the flavour is quite different to supermarket varieties and I like it a lot.
Received my first jar, works wonderfully on a bagel with avocado, have also tried with sour dough and poached egg, adds extra taste to my breakfast! Only need a little bit but so tasty!
