Ingredients
- 1 cups Kombucha
- 1 cup fresh fruit juice (sieve out pulp)
- 2 teaspoon Agar agar powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar (or as sweet as you want it)
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
- Dissolve water and sugar in a pot.
- Boil over a medium heat until you have a thick clear sugary liquid
- Dissolve agar 2 tablespoons of water and add to the fruit juice.
- Add agar/fruit juice mix to the sugar mixture and simmer for 7 minutes. Keep stirring. After 7 minutes, turn off the heat.
- Add Kombucha to the pot’s contents, stir through and begin placing in your moulds.
- Using a dropper, pour the Agar mixture into your desired mould and keep in the fridge for at least 25-30 minutes.
- Remove your newly formed delicious gummies from the moulds and enjoy.
Note when agar agar starts setting around 45 degrees celscius, it begin setting very quickly,
