Organic Kefir Food
Our specially formulated kefir food made up of a variety of organic sugars and pure Himalayan salt.
Use 1/4 cup kefir food per 1L of water instead of normal sugar to give you kefir grains a nutritional boost. You can use as regularly as you like, or every now and then as a nutritional boost to keep your grains strong.

I’ve made 2 batches so far….we’ve had some very cold weather and the grains were slow to ferment, and not particularly fizzy. I’m happy to keep trying as I love this beverage.
