Kombucha Salad Dressing
How to Make the Tastiest Kombucha Salad Dressing Salads can be exciting or boring, and one major game-changer that can completely transform an unappetizing bowl of salad is a super-tasty salad dressing. Certainly, good dressings ought to improve the flavour of your veggies, but they should also deliver some valuable health benefits. Kombucha may have gained fame as a healthy fermented drink, but the nutrient-rich probiotic drink has much wider use. Besides being consumed as a beverage, Kombucha has been successfully used as meat marinades, to soak grains and make delicious dressings. Making Kombucha salad dressing is neither hard nor time-consuming, and we’ve provided instructions to guide you in making the tastiest recipe ever. Kombucha Salad Dressing: Recipe for Three People Ingredients ½ cup kombucha 3 cup olive oil 3 tsp. garlic salt ½ tsp. onion powder 3 clove garlics (minced) ½ tsp. dried basil ½ tsp. dried parsley ½ thyme ¼ tsp. black pepper (finely ground) 3 tsp. raw honey Instruction Measure out your Kombucha, olive oil, honey, and the rest of your ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Whisk thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined. ORAlternatively, instead of using a bowl, you may opt for a jar. However, make sure the cover of the jar fits tightly, so your mixture doesn’t spill out when preparing your dressing. After putting all your ingredients into the jar, give it a good shaking to mix the contents thoroughly. After mixing, keep for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavours to blend. If mixture separates, simply shake the jar (or stir if your dressing is in a bowl), then serve on your meal. Note: When gathering your ingredients, get Kombucha that is two weeks old or over because these types have “matured” and offer a better taste. For the deepest flavour, if you’re using dry ingredients, it is best not to use your dressing immediately after making it.
