Ferment jar weights

Look forward to hearing back from you. The glass weights are fantastic for holding down you quick ferments such as carrot sticks, broccoli heads etc:) We generally advise kimchi and sauerkraut to be made in ceramic fermentation pots due to the required stable fermentation environments needed for these particular ferments. When kimchi and sauerkraut are done in glass the ferments are susceptible to light, temperature swings and oxygen leaking in. Keep us informed:)
