Andrew Dalglish No mention of the proofing basket in your Sourdough Bread Recipe, and had to work out what it was and when to use it (you tube).
I did receive a lame tool; however thought it was completely useless. Looking at your website, I now realise that I didn't receive any razor blades with my order.
