Vegetable starter culture

While most ferments start just fine only using salt, some people prefer to add a little extra support by using strains of various cultures. 

This culture can be used for those more tricky ferments using garlic, honey or others with anti-bacterial properties. 

The strains included in this starter culture are: Lactococcus lactis ssp lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus.
