Adele Terrill Made my first batch of red cabbage and beetroot sauerkraut and it's delicious! Was at first concerned the crock would be too big but I think it will be fine. There is some crazing on the glaze of the weights after the first use that have stains from the red juice so I hope this is not a bacterial harbourer. Otherwise very pleased with its performance.
