I am fairly new to kimchi and still adjusting to the taste. I have tried a few expensive organic brands in the supermarket but just couldn't eat them. I thought I would try my luck with this one. I am very happy with it! It has a nicely balanced taste and is full of flavour. What I love the most is that it is shredded! Not big pieces of cabbage etc, which were just gross. This brand I can eat and not be grossed out! Thank you for making it shredded! 😍 I will buy more when I run out, your product is fantastic - thank you!
