A citrus and pineapple blend balanced by apple, lemon myrtle and lemon grass.
Can be used to flavour any ferment, or brewed into a tea.
As a guideline 1-3 teaspoons will flavour 750-1000ml of liquid.
Ingredients: Lemon peels, apple bits, rosehip peels, lemongrass, pineapple granules (pineapple juice concentrate, corn starch so that it is not sticky), citric acid and natural flavour.
