Sprouting your own seeds is economical, easy, and safe. Symbiota's Spouting kit contains all you need to get started with growing your own sprouts. All you require is water. Our kits are made with premium closures that do not rust overtime or break unlike metal and plastic ones.

Why sprout your own edible seeds?

Sprouts are some of the easiest greens you can grow indoors. Sprouting grains, seeds and legumes makes them much easier to digest and helps to break down the antinutrients found in these plant foods; unlocking healthy compounds and increasing the availability of nutrients.
